In the state of Texas, you must be a minimum of 18 years old to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun). You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to purchase a hand gun or any 'other' type of firearm.
You must have a valid government issued ID showing Texas residency to purchase a hand gun. You must have a government issued valid ID (from any state) to purchase a long gun. If you are not a Texas resident we can only sell you a long gun that is valid in your licensing state.
Yes! We charge $30 for the first item, and $20 for each additional firearm (up to two) on the same transaction. Texas LTC/CHL holders are charged $25 for the first item and $15 for each additional firearm (up to two) on the same transaction.
Once you have completed your purchase, either you or the shipping FFL should contact us to provide information on where we may send our FFL copy for the transfer.
Once we have submitted our FFL copy to the shipper, we do not know when your firearm will arrive. It is up to you as the buyer to communicate with whomever you are purchasing the firearm from to receive details on when the firearm will arrive.
Once the firearm has arrived at our facility it is NOT immediately available for transfer. We must confirm and record the firearm before we may transfer it to you. If you believe your firearm has arrived, please contact us first to make sure the firearm has been processed before you arrive.
Yes! If you are seeking a specific firearm that is not currently in our stock, we will do our very best to locate one for you. If the firearm is available, we will order the firearm for you with a 50% deposit for firearms $1000 or less. Firearms over $1000 require full advance payment.
